Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Wealth Gullak website, mobile applications, investor portal and related digital services operated under the Wealth Gullak brand by FutureGraph India Private Limited. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

4.1 About Wealth Gullak

Wealth Gullak is a brand of FutureGraph India Private Limited. For mutual fund distribution, FutureGraph acts as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-300151). Services provided in this capacity are distribution services. Content made available through the platform should not be treated as a guarantee of investment outcome or as a substitute for independent legal, tax or professional advice.

4.2 Services available through the platform

Depending on the features enabled for your account, the platform may support mutual fund onboarding and transactions, portfolio reporting, risk-profile tools, fixed-deposit discovery/partner booking, Pre-IPO/unlisted-security enquiries through a partner, and recording of insurance information for portfolio consolidation. Some services are provided or completed by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms.

4.3 Your account

• You must provide complete and accurate information and promptly update information that changes.
• You are responsible for keeping passwords, PINs, OTPs and devices secure. Do not share authentication credentials with any person, including someone claiming to represent Wealth Gullak.
• Transactions placed through your authenticated account, or authenticated through the relevant exchange/partner process, may be treated as authorised subject to applicable law and transaction rules.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your account.
• We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the account, comply with law, investigate misuse or maintain the platform.

4.4 Mutual fund transactions

Mutual fund orders are subject to scheme documents, applicable cut-off times, KYC and bank/mandate requirements, exchange/transaction-platform rules, AMC/RTA processing, payment confirmation and other applicable requirements. Submission of an order through Wealth Gullak does not by itself guarantee allotment, execution, NAV applicability or completion.

4.5 Fixed deposits

FD options displayed through Wealth Gullak may be facilitated using Fixerra and participating banks/NBFCs. The deposit is accepted by the relevant issuer, not by FutureGraph or Wylth. Eligibility, interest rate, tenure, premature withdrawal, taxation, renewal, repayment and other product terms are determined by the issuer/partner and the documents applicable to the booking. You should review those terms before placing the deposit.

4.6 Pre-IPO and unlisted securities

Pre-IPO/unlisted-security opportunities are not exchange-traded in the same manner as listed securities. They may involve limited liquidity, uncertain valuation, transfer restrictions, counterparty/settlement risk and the possibility that the company may not list or may list at a value below expectations. Wealth Gullak may introduce your request to the identified partner; the transaction is completed under the partner's process. You should carry out your own evaluation and read the transaction documents before proceeding.

4.7 Insurance information

Insurance information shown in the portfolio may be entered or uploaded for record-keeping, consolidation and reminders. Unless a separate regulated transaction is expressly offered and documented, the display of insurance information should not be treated as issuance, underwriting or a representation by FutureGraph regarding the terms or validity of an insurance contract.

4.8 Calculators, reports and information

Calculators, projections, historical returns, market information, risk-profile outputs, portfolio analytics and similar material are provided for information and illustration. Inputs, assumptions, market data and calculations may change and may not reflect taxes, charges, liquidity, market movements or your complete circumstances. They do not constitute a promise, assurance or guarantee of returns.

4.9 Third-party content and links

The platform may contain data, links, embedded journeys or content supplied by third parties. FutureGraph is not responsible for a third party's independent systems, terms, privacy practices or performance, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4.10 Acceptable use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce protected platform content without permission, impersonate another person, use false documents, or use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

4.11 Intellectual property

The Wealth Gullak brand and content created by FutureGraph are owned by or licensed to FutureGraph. The underlying platform software, technology components and third-party content may be owned by Wylth or their respective licensors. You may use the material made available to you only for your personal use of the service and may not copy, publish, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit it except as permitted by law or with written permission.

4.12 Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available and accurate, but digital services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, network issues, partner outages or events outside our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.

4.13 Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FutureGraph will not be responsible for investment losses caused by market movements, issuer performance, decisions taken by you, third-party platform/issuer actions, incorrect information provided by you, or events outside FutureGraph's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or any statutory obligation that applies to FutureGraph.

4.14 Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Wealth Gullak Privacy Policy and the specific privacy notice shown when information is collected. Acceptance of these Terms is not a substitute for any separate consent required for a specific processing purpose.

4.15 Minors

A minor must not create or operate a Wealth Gullak account independently. Where a permitted investment is held in the name of a minor, the parent/legal guardian is responsible for operating the account, providing required information and completing authorisations until the servicing rules require transition upon the minor attaining majority.

4.16 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory statutory or regulatory forum available to you, courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Wealth Gullak platform.
