5.1 Mutual fund distributor disclosure

FutureGraph India Private Limited, operating the Wealth Gullak brand, is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, ARN-300151. Mutual fund services offered through Wealth Gullak are provided in the capacity of a distributor.

Past performance is not indicative of future performance. NAVs and investment values may rise or fall. No return, capital protection or investment outcome is assured unless expressly provided in the applicable scheme/product document by the issuer in accordance with law.

Before investing, investors should consider the scheme objective, risk factors, asset allocation, costs, exit load, tax consequences, investment horizon and their own financial circumstances. Scheme Information Documents, Key Information Memoranda and other current scheme documents should be read before an investment decision is made.

5.2 Distributor remuneration and conflicts

FutureGraph may receive permitted commission or other remuneration from AMCs for mutual fund distribution. Commission rates can vary by AMC, scheme category, period and other permitted factors. The separate Commission Disclosure page displays the current indicative rate ranges made available by FutureGraph. Where applicable, actual distributor commission information may also be reflected in investor statements/CAS in the manner prescribed by the mutual fund industry.

A commercial arrangement or commission will not be the sole basis for any mutual fund scheme information or selection support provided by FutureGraph. Where a material conflict of interest arises, we will disclose it as required and treat the investor fairly.

5.3 Fixed deposits

FD products are deposits with the relevant bank or NBFC issuer. FutureGraph and Wylth are not the deposit-taking institution. Interest, repayment, premature withdrawal, nomination, taxation, renewal and other terms are governed by the issuer/partner documents. Users should assess the issuer, product terms and applicable protections before booking. No statement on Wealth Gullak should be read as a guarantee by FutureGraph of an issuer's obligations.

5.4 Pre-IPO / unlisted securities

Unlisted securities involve risks materially different from exchange-traded securities, including limited liquidity, lack of continuous market price discovery, transfer/settlement constraints and uncertainty as to any future listing. A proposed listing, expected valuation or expected return is not assured. Transactions introduced through Wealth Gullak are completed through the identified partner and are subject to the partner's transaction documentation.

5.5 Insurance information

Insurance policy information displayed for portfolio purposes is based on information/documents provided by the customer or entered by authorised FutureGraph personnel. The platform display does not amend the policy contract. The policy document and insurer records remain the authoritative source for cover, exclusions, premium, claims and other terms.

5.6 Website content, calculators and market data

Material on the website/app is general information unless a specific regulated service states otherwise. Calculators and projections are illustrative. Market data, NAV history and other information may be sourced from third parties and can be delayed, revised or affected by data errors. Users should verify material information from official product documents before acting on it.

5.7 No warranty of uninterrupted digital service

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website/app and protect customer information, but do not represent that any digital service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, network failures and cybersecurity events can affect availability.
